Luminar 2.0

The simple, classic form of the local house merges seamlessly with the volume of the Luminar 2.0, erasing the clear boundary between the two and blending them into a unified whole. The niches carved into this volume not only provide shade for rooms and balconies but also add depth and texture to the building’s silhouette. From morning to dusk, the house becomes a canvas for the ever-changing play of sunlight and sharp Mediterranean shadows.

The ground-floor living area flows effortlessly into the outdoor living space, sheltered by a pergola. This unity between indoors and outdoors is further emphasized by the use of continuous terrazzo flooring, which stretches from the interior to the exterior. A palette of whites and beiges, complemented by chrome and wooden details, extends from inside the home to its outer surfaces.

A double-story dining area is illuminated by a trio of designer pendant lamps that cast a warm glow over the table, surrounded by the iconic Wishbone chairs. The terrazzo flooring, with its timeless appeal, sets the tone for the entire interior, while the small stone fragments embedded within it establish a harmonious color scheme for all the furnishings.
